Searching for birth parents or siblings of a baby boy born Aug 15, 1955 at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Adopted through the LDS Relief Society. Attending physician was Homer Ellsworth and the Utah Fourth Judicial District Court in Provo, Utah is where the adoption was finalized. Birth parents were supposed to be musical and had some german background on at least one side. If you don't want to meet, please let me know my heritage of the biological grandparents. Thanks!
