Date of Birth was June 28, 1978 and birthplace listed on birth certificate is Madras Oregon. Baby was adopted to the Hill family shortly after his birth. Baby is now 30 as of 2008 and expecting second child of his own. We would like at least family medical history, but would ideally like to know who his birth parents and any possible siblings are.
