Was given to your friends Mother (Possible last name of woman Sanders)(who worked for Atlanta Care Center) Also involved in relinquishment were Tom (Director of Atllanta Care center) and Marcy Phillips...when you were working in the mall in the Atlanta Georgia area, I was around 2-4mos. old at that time. My adoption was finalized in NY and my name was changed from Brandy Lynn Anderson to Stephanie Grace Smith.
