Searching for the ancestors, siblings, and descendants of Hester McGraw. Hester m Barent ‘Barney’ Martin 1789, Caughnawaga Reformed Church, Fonda NY. I believe Hester may have been a daughter of Christopher McGraw and Mary Connor [Mary Connor had a sister Hester b. 1722]. The following was discovered in Fonda: "It is probable that Jeremiah, Barney, and perhaps Thomas Martin were brothers, but we have no proof from church records." Peter’s parents; Samuel Pettingell and Marjory Cooley. 2.Magdalena “Lenah” Martin, b. 24 Jun 1794. 3.Christopher Martin, b. 14 Apr 1798, his sponsors were Robert Martin & Rachel Quackenbush. 4. Zuzannah Martin, b. 20 Feb 1800, m (1) Simon P. Van Antwerp, 24 Nov 1820, Fonda NY; m (2) William R. Pattingal, 02Feb1822, Fonda NY. 5.William Martin, b. 08 Jun 1802. 6. Thomas Martin, b. 21 Apr 1805. 7. Sarah Martin, b. 28 Jul 1807, d. 12 Aug 1864, buried Old Cemetery, Fultonville, Town of Glen, Montgomery Co. NY, m. Abraham H. Vandeveer, 27 Sep 1827, Fonda NY. 8.
