Who were the parents of Virginia C. Harrison, she is from Cumberland Co or Powhatan Co. VA. She married Charles Seth Ligon abt 1826, He was from Powhatan Co. VA. the son of Seth and Jannett (Mayo) Ligon. He bought land 1829 in Cumberland Co. and was in the 1830 Census. They move to Clay Co. MO. 1835 with his brother Richard.
