I am 26 yr. old female searching for my birth mother who gave me up for adoption at birth. I was born in Chicago, IL on 7/31/82 at St. Joseph Hospital in Cook County. I was adopted through Lutheran Social Services and it was a private, closed adoption. I have been told that my birth mom was 18 years old and a freshman in college. She was the valedictorian of her HS class. I found a note that describered her physical appearance as 5'7, 126 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes, in 1982. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
