Mark Jennings was 16 and I,(Joann Loegering) was 15 when you were born. Jackson county family services and the catholic services handle the adoption. My parents would not allow me to bring you home. I only got to hold you once. You went from the hospital to a foster home in Liberty Michigan. That is were you adoptive parents picked you up just before Christmas. I have a polaroid picture of you, that was taken on 11-29-1973. Your foster mom took two pictures the same. She gave me one and the other was going with your personal things.
