Looking for my birth parents. I was born on Janaury 15, 1959, I am a female, I am not sure where the birth took place. My adoption was done through the Vanderburgh County Indiana Welfare Dept. My adoptive parents got me approximately mid-February 1959 at about 4 weeks of age. My parents used a relative as the attorney of record, he was Otis B. Allyn of Mt. Vernon Indiana. Both he and my adoptive parents are all now deceased. I was always told that my birth mother was a resident of Posey County Indiana at the time of my birth. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
