This site has been wonderful. Because of certain special people helping out, I have been able to find 2 of my bilogical sisters - Tina Louise Riley and Lisa Ann Riley. I still have 3 more to go. Regina Renea Mills (Kay Kay) born 1971 in Williamson, West Virginia (the picture is of her), Brian Keith Mills born 1973 in Columbus, OH, and Matthew Eugene Mills born 1975 in Los Angeles, California. All children have birth parents listed as Alice Louise Knight (Mills) and Eugene Mills. All these children were placed in foster homes and most likely adopted. I don't know how to unseal adoption records for Ohio, and I don't have access to the West Virginia Birth index. If anybody could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
