My name is Wanda Shifflett. I am trying to find out any info that I can about my family. I am the daughter of Wilson skyland Shifflett and Joyce Fay Mccoy shifflett.My grandfather was Harry Nelson Shifflett,born mar.4,1902 in Va.-died Feb. 29,1984.As far as I can recall he spent most of his life in Waynesboro,Va.His fathers name was Benjamin and his mothers name was Gurny,some called her Dinnah(not sure of spelling).He married my grandmother, Alice Crimora Shiflett, born july4.1909 and died Aug31,1994.Her fathers name was Herbert.Thier children were Beulah Lucille Shifflett,born in Va., still living.Raymond Nelson Shifflett,Born in Va., Still living. Raymond married to Gertrude Ruth Nye,thier children are Eddie,Walter,Bonnie lou, Wayne,Steven, Gordon and Raymond Jr. Odell Ildrich Shifflett,born in Va. Odell's children are,Roger,David(deceased),Judy Kay, Clay,Patty and Lisa. Benjamin Teford Shifflett(Deceased).I believe he has two daughters,Shiela and Rose. Delmar Franklin Shifflett,born June26,1936 in Va--died Oct.6,2005 in Pa. Delmars children are, Delmar Jr., Alice, Roger Dale, Peggy Sue, Robin(deceased), dale.Harry Nelson Shifflett Jr, born Feb.10,1938 in Va.-Died Feb 10,2001 in Va. His children are Danny, David, Douglas, Kathy and adopted son Dennis who died April 10,2006. Wilson Skyland Shifflett born in Va,married Joyce Fay Mccoy. Thier children are,1. Wanda Fay Shifflett.Married Bryan Wayne Manning divorced and married Larry Michael Wilson. She has 2 children, Bambi Nicole Manning , bambi has one child,Jayden James Valerio. Wanda has son, Bryan Todd Manning. He has no children. 2. Tammy Jean Shifflett. Married Richard Ham. They have Two children,Wilson Edward Ham. He has one child,Christopher Orion Ham. Dewanda Sharon Ham also has a child Camren Dray Ham. 3.Todd Skyland Shifflett. Married to Patricia Elks. They have three children, Todd Jr,who has Two children,Amber Elaine,Dustin Scott.4. Lynn Annette Shifflett. Married Michael Lynn Edwards divorced and married Henry Locklear. She has two children, Maranda Skye Edwards and Michael Lynn EdwardsII. 5 Misty Dawn Shifflett. She has one son Jase KeeGan Shifflett. My granfathers brothers names are Henry and Sherman,his sisters were Rearl,Ruby,Liza and Alice. My grandmothers brothers were,Lloyd,Frank,And Marvin,and Buck.Her sisters were,Beatrice,Nellie and Cora.My grandmothers maiden name was also Shiflett but spelled different.
