Trying to locate my birth parents. I was born July 12, 1975 at Kings Daughter's hospital in Staunton, VA. I believe my mother's middle name may be Annette. I was adopted through Waynesboro Social Services. I believe there was a court trial over the finalization of the adoption that ended in 1977.
