I am searching for my birth parents. I was born August 28, 1971 at 5:31 am, Bennington, Vermont at Henry W. Putnam Memorial Hospital. I was taken to the Burlington Home for Boys until I was adopted on October 22, 1971, by Helen and Henri Peslin, through Catholic Services. I received very minimal non-identifying information. I was told that my birth parents were both high school students from large Catholic families. My birth mother was of French descent and my birth father of Italian descent. I was told that my birth father played football and was preparing to go to college. I would appreciate any information available and guidance as to how I might proceed in my search.
