I am searching for my biological mother and/or her first born child, a daughter, born February 1970. She was married and had her 1st child, and her husband went to Vietnam two months after. She thought he was cheating in Asia so she did too and had me, but he left her. She gave me to my biological grandmother for 2 months then put me in St. Vincents home and Catholic Social Services placed me with a family in Richmond, RI. I was born September 8, 1971 in the morning around 10am at Pawtucket Memorial Hospital. My biological mother is Puerto Rican and is the 3rd child out of 6 (5 are brothers). Her mother moved from Chicago, IL to Pawtucket, RI to get away from an alcholic husband (common law). She was 17 when she had me, but turned 18 by the time she and her mother signed over their parental rights. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
