I am trying to locate information regarding an adoption by Thomas and Ellen Norton in the early 1900s. They adopted a boy approximately 6 years old and may have changed his name to Walter. He became Walter Thomas Norton and gave life to a son by the same name in 1930. We know that Walter I, had a sister whom was adopted as well. They met again later in life and had a picture taken together. Their parents are believed to have parished in a car accident. If you have any information on the birth family, please contact me.
