I am looking for my child born in 1982-86. Mother's first name would have been Dawn possible last name was Hoffman. Fathers last name would have been West. I believe the child to be male but not for sure. He/She would have been born in or around Watertown SD during the winter months. Rumor has it He/She was adopted by a doctor within the hospital. Not for sure on that. I do believe that his/her grandfather was a Highway Patrolman in Watertown at the time of birth. I do not know the agency used for the adoption. I think it was privately done through a lawyer. I do not know the lawyers name.
