I am looking for my husband's son who was born in October in the late 1980's. His birth mom's name was Vicky Young and his birth father is Ron Wagner...both of New Castle, IN. The last I heard (and not too sure if this info is correct) was that he was adopted to a family in Indianapolis. He should now be betwenn the ages of 18 and 20. His father wants desperately to meet his son as do his wife and kids.
