We are working on our family history. Here are some of my Rumelhart families that were born, lived and died in the Erie Co. PA area. Joseph Rumelhart died in McKean Twp. Erie Co. PA. his wife Francis (Blenner) also died in McKean Twp. Erie Co., they had 6 children 1.Joseph born in France married in PA. to Anna (Sugar)married about 1839 they had 8 children born in Greene Twp. Erie Co., PA. Francis 1841, John 1942, Joseph 1844,Gregory 1846, George 1848, William 1850, Franklin 1853, Rosanna 1855. 2.Anna born in France, married William Jordon. 3. Mary born in France, married Isaac Jewell. 4. Margaret born in France, died 1913 buried in Lockport Cemetery, also known as Platea Cemetery in Girard Twp, Erie Co., PA. Margaret married Elias Jewell he died 1898 also buried in Lockprort Cemetery. 5. Gregory born in France, married June 14, 1849 in Erie Co., PA. to Laura (Jewell). 6. Eliza born Nov. 30, 1833 in Greene Twp. Erie Co., PA. Sterrettina. Eliza married August 2, 1854 to Peter Peffer. This is what I have on this Rumelhart family.
