I am searching for information on my grandfather and grandmother, William Edward Welsh @ Georgia Froman.They lived in Idaho and Washington D.C. My grandfather worked as a watermaster on the boise river in around 1920's to 1945. I was adopted out in 1968 losing all contact with them.They had a son named richard and a daughter named marianna. Grandfather died in 1973,I believe his fathers name may have been Thomas. Grandmother died in 1975. They were both in thier 80's. I would appreciate any help I can get.
