Re: THEODORE ZELPER (died JAN. 1966 in Mt. Kisco, NY (WESTCHESTER COUNTY), born 9-22-1875 possibly in the New Jersey area. Wife's name WANDA VAHLE ZOELPER (they maried in West Hoboken, NJ on Sept. 22, 1900). Can someone help me find out what Theodore's last known address was or whether he has any currently surviving family members? He had a son named ARMIN THEODORE ZOELPER born Dec. 27, 1908 and I'm searching for him or any other family members. If any one has a suggestion on someone I can contact in the White Plains, NY area who can go to the courthouse there on 140 Grand St in White Plains, NY (their phone 914-285-3712) to find out whether Theodore has a probate file there containing his last will & testament, please let me know. If that person can view the file for free, I'd appreciate it--it will have the names and addresses of the estate executor and other family members/heirs.
