I am searching for any information on a John (b 1786) and Mary (? maiden name) Raser who lived in Lehigh County, PA, in 1830 with a father, 4 male children, and one daughter (Euphemia). There was a son named Edwin and another named Tilman or Tilghman who was a state rep in Illinois until 1882. His military records mentioned that he was born in Lehigh County. This family relocated to Washtenaw County, MI, before 1840. Mary died before 1860 and John lived beyond 1870. According to death records, they were of German descent.
