I am a female who was born at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, Wa. on November 11, 1984. My biological mother's name was Rachel and my biological father's name was Jeremy. She was 16 and he was 19. I was adopted through WACAP in Seattle and my biological mother kept in touch with my adoptive family for nearly two years after I was born.
