Looking for any connection to Floyd Newton Ables (b: May 1, 1919 in Arkansas. His parents names Gene Ables and Mary Norwood. This would be my grandfather whom I never met. He left his family shortly after the birth of his last child, my father, Floyd N. Ables, Jr. in 1950. I found on the SSDI he died 7/71978 in Memphis, Tennessee. It is not known if he ever remarried and had anymore children or if he had brothers or sisters. I did find out from a cousin that he had a brother George and two sisters Thelma/Thalms and Irene. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
