I am searching for information about my g-grandfather. His name was William (Joseph?) Donohue. He was born in Ireland abt. 1845 and settled in Brooklyn, New York. He was the son of John and Jane (Hanlon) Donohue. I don't know where they were from in Ireland. I am hoping to find that out, but I have little to go on. I believe William came to the US about 1857. I don't know if he had any siblings. He married and was widowed and then remarried in Brooklyn in 1898. He married Mary Ann Huzzey Gray. They had three children William J., Edna, and Louis. William died in 1900. I would be very grateful for any information. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
