Searching for my half-sister Marsha Ballou, daughter of Fern, born between 1944-1946 in Georgia. She served in the Armed Forces and has married. I don't have any other information. The last time I saw her was at our father's funeral. Also searching for cousins or any information on my family. My father's name was William Tally Ballou born Oct. 3, ?
