Searching for the parents of JOSIAH GRANT, b abt 1788, Poultney, Vermont. He would have been 3 yrs of age at the 1791 Vermont census. In later years his family moved through PA to Ohio and eventually to Indiana. I have those families. Just need parents of the JOSIAH GRANT,age 3 years in 1791 Vermont. What state did they migrate from. Many, many Grants came from the New England states. However the closest to Vermont where many Grants settled is Canada, Maine, Connecticut, even New Brunswick.
