Daniel Ferer is my ggfather born about 1828 in Lebanon, died before 1872. He was given a surgeon's discharge 1863 in Kittanning Armstrong Co PA. I am trying to find his burial site and obit. In 1840 he appeared in the Union Co Census under the name Fery. In 1850 he appeared in the Clarion Co Census under the name Feary. In 1870 census Clinton Co PA his wife, Mary Niehart Ferer shows up in Clinton Co PA with her children Joseph, Carrie, Louisa and William. No Daniel. I have found all of the children except Louisa. We think Daniel's father may have been Peter or Joseph Ferer that appear in the 1790 census for Dauphin Co PA? Can anyone help me connect Daniel to Peter or Joseph?
