I am searching for my niece who was born in Fargo North Dakota. Birth time was about April or May of 1980. Her parents are together and have two children. My niece may have problems with controlling her weight. Probably blonde and brown eyed. Her last name would have been Oakland. I heard once the adoptive parents may have come from Texas. She may also wear glasses or contacts. Her parents gave her the name of Justine. This is all I know.
