I am searching for information about my earliest known Carson ancestor, Rev. James Carson who came from VA to Edgefield County, SC in the early 1700's. He was married to Mary Burnett, daughter of Thomas Burnett. James was the father of Charles Carson who died in 1820 in SC. Charles was married to Sarah Abney.
