i am trying to find a child of my brothers, that was put up for adoption.And since my brother has now passed away I don't know the correct date of birth. Anyway the birth mother's name was Earlene Short from Richmond Kentucky.The birth father Bill Rader also Richmond kentucky.I belive the child was a boy and born in the year of 1966 or 1967. but again Not sure of the correct dates. I have also been told the adoption was in Missouri.And again that too might not be correct. That is about all I know. So if by any chance you might be looking for any of us.
