Am looking for descendents or relatives of Charles Lathrop. He is listed as 5 yrs old, b. NY in the 1880 Westchester Co. NY census. A Charles Lathrop is listed in the CA death index as born New York 2-21-1876, died Alameda, 1-25-71. Unknown if this is the same person. Parents of the person I seek are Robert Lathrop, b. England and Cora Green, b. NY. There were 5 children in this family, according to my father's birth certificate. The 1880 census lists Jessie, female, 2 mos. and Emma, age 7. I have no information about the other 2. My father Stephen Ostrander was born to Cora Green and John Ostrander in 1895, never knew these other children. Cora died in Solano Co., CA. I believe it possible she went there to be with other family. Looking at this Charles as a possibility. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
