Looking for my birth mother. I was born on 4/28/63 at the Jacksonville Beach Hosp. My birth mother was separated from her husband at the time she got pregnant with me. She had 2 boys which are older than me by only a few years. She was 23 when she had me. She told the adoption agency she was born in 1940. She said she could not be an unwed mother. My adoption was final in Oct. of 1963. Adopted parents last name was Hipkins. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
