I was born on January 18 th 1989 in Dunkirk, New York at Brooks Memorial Hospital. I was adopted to Kathy Ann & Stanley Paul Campbell of Buffalo, New York. I am in search of my birth mother and or birth family. The adoption was not handled by an agency , it was handled through Jon Allon Nichols Attorney as well as Tessyman & Tessyman P.C. Attorney. After looking through the adoption papers I have I can see that Joseph S. Mattina was the Surrogate Judge of Buffalo, NY for the adoption. My adoptive parents named me Christie Ann Campbell. Again, after looking through the papers I have found what looks to me by Birthmothers OBGYN doctor to be Rajiv C Parikh - but not sure on that. I have wanted to find my birth family since I was a young child, I have filed out the registry for NYS and mailed in everything I feel in my power. If anyone can help, it would be greatly apreciated. I do know some things from what NYS sent me back about my birthmother, she was caucasion, 5'7' & 21 yrs of age at the time of my birth. I know she also had a son at the age of 1 1/2 yrs old at the time of my birth. I know she was a taper in a Factory at the time of my birth, and she had little information on my birth father. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
