I am looking for information on Jess McLaughlin who lived in Clear Creek Colorado 1800-1803, He was mining for gold, He had a brother James McLaughlin in Ohio. I have a letter dated 1803 from him to his family in Ohio. This is part of my husbands family. If any one knows something no matter how small, or a old map.
