I'm trying to find the Parents of Mary Doyle who married Peter McDonald in 1847 or 1848. She was of Carlow County & the Ship's Record says he was of Westmeath. They brought a Margaret Hughes of Carlow with them. She was born around 1826 & Mary 1825. Peter was born 1820. I believe Margaret was a relative. They came with their infant Patrick McDonald 8 months who was born in Wicklow, Ireland. They came 20, Sept. 1849 to New York City. The Family in U.S. thought Byrnes a Family name. Darlene T.
