Searching for the birth parents of my fiance. He was born on August 25 1970 in Howard County, Maryland. His birthweight was 6lbs 15.5oz. He believes his birth mother and possibly birth father were teenagers. The 'code' name on his adoption papers is Michael Parsons. He spent an unknown period of time in a foster home and was adopted when he was three months old.
