Wilson/Ackerson: I have been searching for years for Andrew Wilson b. 1852 Montreal, Quebec and his wife Mary Matilda Ackerson b. 1854 New York. I finally found them in the 1880 census at Nyack, Rockland, New York. Family members tell me that he was a 'policeman in New York, reported to be 7 foot tall.
