Robert Pease was a timber merchant / mahogany merchant in Leeds in at least 1829 and 1834 (Pigot's directory) in Lady Lane and in Albion Road. He had a son Edward born about 1819 who was my ancestor, also a mahogany merchant later in London, and 8 other children (Robert, Peter, Hannah, Hannah, William, Elizabeth, Ann, Adelaide). Edward married Sarah Young, widow, whose maiden name was Oatridge. I don't have Robert senior's birthplace or birth date but it must be at least 1790.
