I was born December 8 1964 at San Bernardino County hospital named baby Fulmer (male).My birth mother had that last name at the time of my birth,I know that is NOT her last name now.She was 18 I believe,she also had a daughter 1 to 2 years older than me.I was in a foster home in Victorville calif until Feb 19 1965 when I was adopted.We moved to Augusta GA in 1966 where I still live now.I am searching for My birth mother and my sister. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
