want to help my friend locate siblings, he doesnt have much information, was born, 1-26-61 or 62, not sure how many sisters or brothers he had, they were taken away, because mother or both parents would go to bars, and leave them in car, thinks father is now in prison, he had very blond hair was about 1 or so when was adopted.
