I am trying to locate my birth mother or any member of my birth family. I was born on May 10, 1974, in St. John's, Newfoundland, and I believe my given name was Deborah. I don't know either of my birth parents' given names or surnames. I was placed in foster care and adopted on August 15 (& moved to Ontario).
