My name is Barbara Ellen Burkhead (nee Eisz). I am looking for my birth mother. I was born July 15th, 1962 at Parkview Baptist Hospital in Yuma Arizona. I believe my birth mother's first name was Susan. Her last name was Kleinfelt. She possibly came to Arizona from New York. She had a twin sister, first name unknown. I too have a twin sister named Carol Ann Holloway (nee Eisz). Our adoption went through an attorney named James L. Campbell. The adoption may have also gone through a Lutheran pastor. His last name was Prifogle. Our adopted last name is Eisz, parents name Frederic and Virginia Ochs-Eisz. They were from Lancaster Ohio. Our adoption date was recorded through Az. State Dept of Health on 12-26-63, and date of final action was January 28th, 1964. I believe I may have part Jewish heritge. My skin color is olive tone, eyes are hazel. My birth mother had the same traits. No information was ever filed on my birth father. I was told that she may have moved to California when I was about three months old. I have no other information on her.
