I am not sure who I am. All I have been told is that I was born in 1962 in Mayaquez PR and that my mother was named Jane Moreno. Considering I can locate no birth certificate under that name, I can assume that it someone elses last name. All indication point to Moreno as my name,and it being linked to my mother, however, I am not sure if it is a maiden name or the name from some other family member.
