I am looking for my nephew. Born in Cleveland Ohio September 16,1959. Birth name Robert(Bobby) Michael Riggle Mothers name was Carol and last name was Polish and I think began with a W. Father was Robert E. Riggle. Bobby was adopted from the Richland County Adoption Agency. He was taken from his Father there under the pretense that he was there for a check up.He was told Carol had signed the adoption papers and the Father was told he had no rights to stop it.
