Birth parents of John Thomas Hall, Charles Hall and Thomas Hall. John was born in Ogden Utah on July 27, 1972. Parents moved to Texas and were living in Alvin or Manvel area when the children were made wards of the court, separated and placed in foster care. John was adopted at 3 by couple named Perkins in Alvin and renamed John David Perkins. He is now 35 and serving in the US Army. He didn't know he had 2 brothers until age 8. He and Charlie have met.
