I am trying to locate my birth mother. A female, I was born on September 12th, 1976 at St Ann's Hospital in Columbus, OH. I arrived into this world at 2:51 pm. From what I have been told, my birth mother was a young teen when she gave me up. The adoption was private, one which my Pediatrcian (Dr. Banks) helped facilitate.
