My grandmother was born in Maine in 1863 Her name was CoraBell Moore. She married Almon Richardson Feb 18, 1886 in Lawrence, Massachusetts. She died in 1898. Her father was Gilbert Moore and her mother was Victorine H. Fairfield. She had 3 brothers Daniel C, Charles W, and Alton, and two sisters Martha Jane (Payne)lived in Salisbury Cove, Maine and Nellie (Mitchell)lived in Medfield, Massachusetts I know Alton was prominent in Pasedena, Calif. I know about the sisters but didn't know she had brothers until I found the Morman Website. Any information on the rest of the family would be greatly appreciated. The Payne's went to Oregon in the late 1800's there were two sisters Ida and Vida, Vida married and stayed in Oregon. Ida returned to Maine where her husband taught animal husbandry and the University of Maine. Last in touch with them in 1951 in Bar Harbor. The Payne's in Salisbury Cove were Richmond and his wife Marjorie and Helen Payne Sargent his sister there was another brother who lived nearby but I don't remember his name. My brother Elroy Moore Richardson Jr. who lived in Haywood, Calif was in touch with Florence (last name unknown in Oregon(Were the Moore brothers Daniel C,Charles W. and Alton part of that trek?) In the late 1950's my parents and my father's brothers and sisters went to Gloucester to the statue of the Gloucester Fisherman. At that time a cousin by the name of Gilbert Moore joined us he worked on a large estate in Southbridge of Westbridge MA. He was a veteran of WWII. Who's son was he? His wife's name was Marie. Lost contact I think he took another job somewhere else.
