Query Text:

We need help in a search that may be in Hancock, County, ILL. Probably between 1832 to ? there was a Hawley who died instate without a will and his son Sullivan Hawley, Wayne Co., Pa. tried to resolve the fact that he was the legitimate heir. This probably occured about 1885. Does anyone have any info regarding this matter and or are their Hawley's of today compiling genealogy of that era with questions also.
