I am searching for my grandson. He was born 08/15/1999 in Slidell or New orleans La..His fathers name is Bernie William White III. His adoptive parents names are Paul and Ann (do not know last name). He is the second child adopted by them. The first childs name is Joshua and they share the same mother but differant fathers.
