I am searching for my birth mother or father. I was born on February 21st 1968 at what was once known as Potter's Medical Center. My obstetrician was a Woodrow Winfrin{spelling}. I am now 39 and will be 40 years old in 2008. My social worker was Eleanor Howard from the Columbiana County Department of Human Services. Searching for medical and ethnic information. I would like to have someone contact this registration if any of this information sounds remotely familiar. Thank You in advance. 01/13/2009 I am adding on to this query asking that someone must be looking for me or know a scenario that resembles this one. My husband and I take care of my mom,who adopted me, as she had a massive stroke in Oct of 2008. I am her primary caregiver and need my medical history. I need to know anything that I can do in preventative maintenance as I work in the healthcare field and realize information is the best defense. I love my mom. She did not give me life:however, she helped me become the responsible daughter, wife and mother I am today. I never had my own child. I helped raise my step daughters. I love them as I do their father. I need to have some answers to these questions about where I came from and what I may face with an unknown health history. I do not need another mother. I only hope these pleas help my birth mother, father ot their families provide some information I desperately deserve. Please respond. I need to know my past.
