My great great grandmother Grace Schneider married James Vallance in Owen Sound Ontario. From what I understand this was a marriage James family did not approve of. His parents were David and Agnes Vallance. Grace's mother was Mary Brannick, wife of Joseph Brannick Sr. James and Grace left this area in 1884-85 and moved to Rosedale British Columbia. James died shortly after arriving in B.C. Grace later married Patrick McGrath. I interested mostly in James Vallance's family. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
